| You can use your sauna 2 ways. You can either set it for a specific temperature or you can set it for Constant Emission. To set it for a specific temperature, push the up/down arrows until the temperature is displayed. Leave it set at that temperature. Every time you turn your sauna on it will reach that temperature and stay there. To use Constant Emission set the maximum temperature to the highest setting (158F). Set the time to 90 minutes. You do not need to change these settings after that. Just turn on your sauna, go in at 100 F and come out whenever you are done (usually about 135 F). If you like it hotter, go in at 110 F, if you like it cooler go in at 95 F. No matter what temperature you go in at, it will still take you about 10 to 15 minutes before you start sweating. We recommend Constant Emission because that way you will get the full strength of the infrared throughout your sauna without the sauna turning on and off to maintain a certain temperature. |
