| The Auto function allows you to set the time you would like your sauna to turn on. For example, if you want to have a sauna at 7 am, set the sauna to turn on at 6:50 am. This will give it 10 minutes to warm up and be ready for you at 7 am. You will have to set the timer every evening for it to do this, it will not automatically default. For regular sauna sessions it is recommended to set the timer as shown on the left. Then the time will count down to 0 and the temperature will constantly increase to 158F. If you set the temperature to a temperature lower than 158F, when that temperature is reached the sauna will turn off and on every few minutes to maintain that temperature. It is much better to keep the sauna running constantly rather than having it turn on and off in order to get the most infrared. |
