With all Pro Health and Royal Deluxe saunas you get FREE Tech Support for as long as you own your sauna. We can solve 99% of all technical issues on the phone and we have parts in our Calgary and Sacramento warehouse that we can ship you immediately. Parts are very easy to install if needed.

The warranty on all saunas shall be as follows. LIFETIME limited warranty on electrical, cabinetry, and heaters on all
Pro Health and Royal Deluxe Sauna models. All information below applies to both models for the time periods
specified. One year limited warranty on the stereo for all models. Pro Health Saunas warrants its products to be free
of defects in material and workmanship. Parts which become defective within the warranty period will be repaired or
replaced except for damage due to negligence, abuse, misuse, misapplication, unauthorized modifications, improper
installation, or abnormal wear and tear.
Pro Health Saunas will supply any parts that become defective to the original purchaser. The purchaser will remove
and install all replacement parts. The purchaser is responsible for providing adequate access to the equipment so
that any necessary service may be performed. If necessary, Pro Health Saunas will supply technical assistance to
the purchaser for the replacement of parts at no charge. Pro Health Saunas will not be responsible for labor costs
for the maintenance, adjustments or replacement of any parts without the prior consent of Pro Health Saunas.
Parts that are claimed to be defective must be shipped, freight prepaid, to Pro Health Saunas and the repaired or
replaced parts will be returned to the sender freight collect. When requesting parts, the purchaser must produce a
dated sales receipt or other proof of purchase, which includes the purchasers name, mailing address, daytime
telephone number and any other information relating to the claim. The purchaser must receive authorization from a
Pro Health or Royal Saunas Agent before returning or requesting any parts.
This warranty is not transferable and can be enforced only by the “ Original Owner”. The original receipt must be
provided at the time of claim. This warranty shall not apply to any claims arising from the misuse, neglect, accident,
abuse, improper installation, including but not limited to exposure to fire or to excessive heat, and other hazards of
nature. Under no circumstances will Pro Health Saunas, Heritage Products, or Royal Saunas be liable for any special
or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, components, and the parts attached, or installed with
it. Nor for injury to any person, or any claims for damages arising from the use, installation or servicing of the
product. In commercial applications the warranty is applicable at the discretion of Pro Health Saunas depending on
the usage.
Should Pro Health Saunas or Royal Saunas cease to exist, the remaining warranty will be honored by Royal Saunas
USA operating as Saunagen in Sacramento, CA. The same conditions as stated herein will apply. The laws of the
Province of Alberta control the provisions of this document. By accepting this warranty the buyer subjects itself to
the jurisdiction of the laws of the Province of Alberta and agrees that place of suit shall be in Calgary, Alberta.
THERE SHALL BE NO WARRANTIES OR OBLIGATIONS; EXPRESS OR IMPLIED HEREUNDER,SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDING
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED HEREIN. NO LIABILITY SHALL ACCRUE TO PRO HEALTH SAUNAS OR ROYAL SAUNAS EXCEPT
AS SET FORTH HEREIN.
