I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that I received our new sauna yesterday. We were expecting
it next week, so that was fast. It arrived in one piece even though the cartons had some minor damage. I put
it together alone last evening and it took about 2 hours.
I must admit I had my doubts that it would be as good as the steam sauna's I enjoy so much. It surpassed all
my expectations. I was in for about 40 minutes and that was all I could handle. It was great. Thank you so
much for the great and expeditious service/delivery and an excellent sauna.

Hello Eric, just dropping you a line to tell you how pleased I am with my sauna. I use it just about everyday, and
my family is using far more than I expected which is a very good thing, and we are seeing some positive
effects, which is even better. You did deliver the goods, the sauna is everything you claim it would be, and in
this day and age of poorly made off shore throw away consumer goods, it is admirable that a company like
yours has chosen to stay on the quality path, and still bring a quality product to market at a competitive price.
The sauna was easy to put together, I have assembled entertainment centers that are far more difficult and
time consuming, two of us had it together in an hour without a snag, and I used it the same day. All the
components were undamaged, and present, with the exception of a couple of marks on the outside satin
finish that are acceptable. I will follow up down the road and let you know how things are progressing, but so
far I am very satisfied, and I have recommended your saunas to many family and friends, so hopefully you will
get some more sales down the road.

I just wanted to let you know, that I've had the sauna for approximately one month now… and it really is an
incredible unit! It was so easy to together (I did it in about an hour) and the electronics were extremely easy to
assemble…. and then just plug it all into the wall, is awesome. I'm using it almost everyday and the change in
the health of my skin and my body energy is quite noticeable! I am a vocalist for a living, and the reason why I
purchased the sauna was to help me deal with colds and flu's. This winter was particularly bad as I was sick
with colds for 8 to 9 weeks. This is something that I cannot afford to have happen again. I did start feeling
something in my chest and throat last week and was very interested to see how the sauna might actually help.
I had a 45 minute session at 140°F (or thereabouts… I had to open and close the door a few times) and the
next day there was no itchiness in my throat whatsoever… and it is five days later and still no symptoms. The
sauna kicked it in one session! Your sauna was obviously a very good buy…

The sauna arrived today. It was scheduled for a 2 pm delivery, I called and asked if I could have it first thing
Tues (today) and the fellow said he would make my delivery the first stop. Great people, very professional.
I immediately opened the boxes and inspected all pieces, then began putting it together.
The quality of the Royal Deluxe Sauna fit and finish is more than I expected, I can see why these saunas sell
themselves. I have worked with wood all my life, so I can truly appreciate the attention to detail. Something
that I have not seen in the others I have viewed so far. It took me about 2 hours to put it altogether, I wanted
to take my time and do it right the first time, and of course, not damage it. My wife helped me with the locking
together of the door/wall panels and the placing of the roof.
Now that I have built it, I feel I could do it myself, but another set of hands to steady walls would be a great
advantage. The sauna heated up to 110 degrees F in about 15 minutes; I did not see the switch on the
portable heater, once I turned that on, the unit’s temp rose even more quickly. I used it for 30 minutes. For my
first time I did not take the heat over 125 degrees, I really like the comfortable dry heat and could feel that
deep heat sensation down to my bones. The effects seemed to last several hours after.
I am very glad I listened to you both and blew the budget on this model. As I know I would not have been
happy with anything else. I will get my neighbour(s) over next weekend to try it out. This will blow their minds.
Thank you both for all your help and making this a very enjoyable purchase. My wife and daughter are waiting
anxiously for me to get home from work so they can enjoy it.

My wife and I chose to purchase a sauna from you guys and wow all I can say is I'm so glad we did. On top of

I would like to tell you how much we have enjoyed your sauna since we bought it. Especially for me, I was on a
steroid puffer as I was having some difficulty with my breathing due to lung damage from renovating an old
house. I am an avid runner and was finding that my running was deteriorating and could only be sustained by
using the steroid puffer. I stopped using the puffer as I didn't want to be reliant on drugs for the rest of my
life. I could tell that my running declined again. About 3-4 months after using your sauna 4-5 times per week I
noticed that my breathing and running started to improve. The only thing that I have done different over the

Our sauna arrived undamaged !! Some of the cartons were a little worse for wear but everything inside was
fine. We have been using it for a week now. WOW.....what a difference!! The ceramic heaters have the sauna
warm to 100 degrees in less than 15 minutes. The old sauna with carbon heaters, took 45 minutes to get to
the same temperature. We are impressed. Even my wife has been sweating in the Royal Deluxe! The robes,
towels and other accessories were a nice bonus. Like I said to you on the phone, you have a great website. I
also felt you were very open and honest about yours and other makes of saunas when we spoke. I wouldn't
hesitate to recommend Pro Health Saunas to anyone looking for a far infrared sauna.

I sent you that e-mail before we got in the sauna then I just came out and you've replyed already, WOW your
customer sevice is top notch. That is very reassuring to someone who just spent 2 grand on something. We
were really drawn to your web site, because of the honesty and the fact you have a pic of your selves where
you commit to customer service. No one else on the web was even close to you guys. We e-mailed a couple of
other places and it took them over a week to respond. Which told us our business wasn't important enough to
them. We saw one at Home Depot, they had one built for display and 2 more to sell. It looked very similar to
the one you sell but they didn't have any details about it. After we saw that one we really started reserching
them on line. That's when we saw your site. We went back 2 weeks later to see if they were the ones you sell,
to save on time and picking it up and such but they were sold out. We asked an associate to get some info for
us and it was some place out of Texas that had a crappy website. Can't remember the name but they sold hot
tubs and patio furniture as well. So we decided to buy from you. Let's just say we are very satisfied with our

Hi John, all I can say is that the Pro Health FIR sauna is a FANTASTIC product! Put it together in about 2
hours. I've used traditional dry and wet saunas almost all of my life, but was amazed at just how deep of a
sweat you get from an FIR, big difference.
Excellent quality product at a low price I couldn't find anywhere else.... Keep up the good work!!

Must say I didn't know what to expect the first time I used my sauna. Much better than those stifling hot

Well, I got the sauna put together in about 1.5 hours…most of which involved moving furniture. Do you
remember the ailment I told you about that caused me to have terrible headaches when I work over my head
or when I do a lot of lifting? I carried all of the pieces into the spare bedroom and assembled the whole thing
myself…instead of waiting for my girlfriend to get home from work to help me (as she requested). I figured I'd
have a critical headache within 24 hours so if I carried all of those pieces in and then got in the sauna, it would
be a good test of its claims about muscle soreness, etc. I finished the assembly and got in and did 30 minutes
immediately. The next morning (Saturday) I did the same thing and Sunday as well. I never had the first hint of
a headache….no ill affects at all from carrying all of the panels. So far, we're really happy with it… Joe B.

Hello John, I love my sauna. I recently went to Vancouver for a week, and I missed it a lot there. If you
remember, I have Chronic Fatigue, and I am firmly convinced that the sauna is helping me to get well. I first
started the program the end of July, and am still faithfully at it. At first it knocked me right out. I slept and slept,
seemingly endlessly. And then, after about 3 months of persistence, my energy began to improve and it has
not gone back to its former state. Previous to this, I was unable to exercise at all. Now I am exercising again:
not too vigorously yet, but am doing it nonetheless and my heart doesn't race at all like it used to. I also have
more elevated mercury levels in my bloodstream, and I my Naturopath says that is normal and should be
expected; a reaction so to speak that we want to happen and look forward to as part of the healing process.
The idea is for this to get flushed out of every nook and cranny until there is none left.
The third thing happening is that my plugged lymphs are beginning to test that they are opening up and
draining. Over Christmas I spent 3 days with relatives who have a couple of cats in the house. As a child I
grew up with a cat in our home, which slept with me and I never got sick once. When I became ill with CFS I
became so allergic to cats that I couldn't be around them for more than an hour without getting very bad hay
fever and even asthmatic attacks. Over Christmas I did not experience one allergic symptom to any of those
cats even for one second, even though they were around me the whole time and I even held them and played
with them. This is utterly amazing. I have used my sauna 5 times a week for 5 months. I will let you know how
things are going in the spring. Just wonder what 2 years of this is going to do for me.

(One Year Later) Hello John,
This is Jen R. We are still loving our sauna, and using it regularly. I would not want to be without it. My
naturopathic doctor told me that it is one of the best things I did for myself with CFS. I have reduced the total
toxins in my system by 30% in one year. I am looking for a travelling solution. I am travelling to Langley B.C. for
1 week in December, and my doctor has told me to not skip any sauna days during this time because of the

I assembled the sauna last night. Didn't have any problems at all, and the unit is absolutely beautiful!! We
love the dark tint of the lights. We used it last night before we went to bed and it is just terrific. We
have been using a sauna at a natural health spa, which cost us a lot each month because we went three times
per week and our two young children would come as well. Now we look forward to daily treatments

This is Bob & Marlene we recieved the sauna yesterday at 12:30 complete and safe .This has to be the best
delivery service ever. the sauna was packaged incredibly well. I had to help the driver unload the packages
because his tail gate was broken. We did as you said we put it on the drive way and carried each piece in as
we assembled it taking about 1 hour and 30 minitues to carry into the house and about 30 minutes to
assemble, it was pretty straight forward. We used it last night and first thing this morning it is great. It does

and it worked perfectly just for me and the wife. The shipping time and the small cost with living in a smaller
city was well worth it. I could not believe we took delivery only 2 days after ordering it from you it was just
incredible. Too be able to set it up this morning before my work shift and actually use it for the first time was
needless to say heaven. I have already noticed some of the health benefits of the sauna and could not stand
the smell of the sweat this sauna really pulls out the toxins needles to say the towel reecked. I love how fast
your body starts to sweat compared to a traditional sauna you know this system is really working. To enjoy a
sauna starting in a few short minutes was also a great plus they are not lying when they say these heat up
fast but it is the comfortable heat that is nice not the scorching heat you have in a traditional sauna. My wife

I would like to tell you how much we have enjoyed your sauna since we bought it. Especially for me, I was on a
steroid puffer as I was having some difficulty with my breathing due to lung damage from renovating an old
house. I am an avid runner and was finding that my running was deteriorating and could only be sustained by
using the steroid puffer. I stopped using the puffer as I didn't want to be reliant on drugs for the rest of my
life. I could tell that my running declined again. About 3-4 months after using your sauna 4-5 times per week I
noticed that my breathing and running started to improve. The only thing that I have done different over the
last six months has been the use of your sauna. My running is getting better everyday We continue to use

Our sauna arrived undamaged !! Some of the cartons were a little worse for wear but everything inside was
fine. We have been using it for a week now. WOW.....what a difference!! The ceramic heaters have the sauna
warm to 100 degrees in less than 15 minutes. The old sauna with carbon heaters, took 45 minutes to get to
the same temperature. We are impressed. Even my wife has been sweating in the Royal Deluxe! The robes,
towels and other accessories were a nice bonus. Like I said to you on the phone, you have a great website. I
also felt you were very open and honest about yours and other makes of saunas when we spoke. I wouldn't
hesitate to recommend Pro Health Saunas to anyone looking for a far infrared sauna.

I sent you that e-mail before we got in the sauna then I just came out and you've replyed already, WOW your
customer sevice is top notch. That is very reassuring to someone who just spent 2 grand on something. We
were really drawn to your web site, because of the honesty and the fact you have a pic of your selves where
you commit to customer service. No one else on the web was even close to you guys. We e-mailed a couple of
other places and it took them over a week to respond. Which told us our business wasn't important enough to
them. We saw one at Home Depot, they had one built for display and 2 more to sell. It looked very similar to
the one you sell but they didn't have any details about it. After we saw that one we really started reserching
them on line. That's when we saw your site. We went back 2 weeks later to see if they were the ones you sell,
to save on time and picking it up and such but they were sold out. We asked an associate to get some info for
us and it was some place out of Texas that had a crappy website. Can't remember the name but they sold hot
tubs and patio furniture as well. So we decided to buy from you. Let's just say we are very satisfied with our
purchase. We will tell everyone we know to get a sauna from you, if they are considering one.

Hi John, all I can say is that the Pro Health FIR sauna is a FANTASTIC product! Put it together in about 2
hours. I've used traditional dry and wet saunas almost all of my life, but was amazed at just how deep of a
sweat you get from an FIR, big difference.
Excellent quality product at a low price I couldn't find anywhere else.... Keep up the good work!!

Must say I didn't know what to expect the first time I used my sauna. Much better than those stifling hot

Well, I got the sauna put together in about 1.5 hours…most of which involved moving furniture. Do you
remember the ailment I told you about that caused me to have terrible headaches when I work over my head
or when I do a lot of lifting? I carried all of the pieces into the spare bedroom and assembled the whole thing
myself…instead of waiting for my girlfriend to get home from work to help me (as she requested). I figured I'd
have a critical headache within 24 hours so if I carried all of those pieces in and then got in the sauna, it would
be a good test of its claims about muscle soreness, etc. I finished the assembly and got in and did 30 minutes
immediately. The next morning (Saturday) I did the same thing and Sunday as well. I never had the first hint of
a headache….no ill affects at all from carrying all of the panels. So far, we're really happy with it… Joe B.

Hello John, I love my sauna. I recently went to Vancouver for a week, and I missed it a lot there. If you
remember, I have Chronic Fatigue, and I am firmly convinced that the sauna is helping me to get well. I first
started the program the end of July, and am still faithfully at it. At first it knocked me right out. I slept and slept,
seemingly endlessly. And then, after about 3 months of persistence, my energy began to improve and it has
not gone back to its former state. Previous to this, I was unable to exercise at all. Now I am exercising again:
not too vigorously yet, but am doing it nonetheless and my heart doesn't race at all like it used to. I also have
more elevated mercury levels in my bloodstream, and I my Naturopath says that is normal and should be
expected; a reaction so to speak that we want to happen and look forward to as part of the healing process.
The idea is for this to get flushed out of every nook and cranny until there is none left.
The third thing happening is that my plugged lymphs are beginning to test that they are opening up and
draining. Over Christmas I spent 3 days with relatives who have a couple of cats in the house. As a child I
grew up with a cat in our home, which slept with me and I never got sick once. When I became ill with CFS I
became so allergic to cats that I couldn't be around them for more than an hour without getting very bad hay
fever and even asthmatic attacks. Over Christmas I did not experience one allergic symptom to any of those
cats even for one second, even though they were around me the whole time and I even held them and played
with them. This is utterly amazing. I have used my sauna 5 times a week for 5 months. I will let you know how
things are going in the spring. Just wonder what 2 years of this is going to do for me.

This is Jen R. We are still loving our sauna, and using it regularly. I would not want to be without it. My
naturopathic doctor told me that it is one of the best things I did for myself with CFS. I have reduced the total
toxins in my system by 30% in one year. I am looking for a travelling solution. I am travelling to Langley B.C. for
1 week in December, and my doctor has told me to not skip any sauna days during this time because of the
oral detox program she has me on. What do I do.? I'm staying with relatives. You sell these units all the time.

I assembled the sauna last night. Didn't have any problems at all, and the unit is absolutely beautiful!! We
love the dark tint of the lights. We used it last night before we went to bed and it is just terrific. We
have been using a sauna at a natural health spa, which cost us a lot each month because we went three times
per week and our two young children would come as well. Now we look forward to daily treatments

This is Bob & Marlene we recieved the sauna yesterday at 12:30 complete and safe .This has to be the best
delivery service ever. the sauna was packaged incredibly well. I had to help the driver unload the packages
because his tail gate was broken. We did as you said we put it on the drive way and carried each piece in as
we assembled it taking about 1 hour and 30 minitues to carry into the house and about 30 minutes to
assemble, it was pretty straight forward. We used it last night and first thing this morning it is great. It does
